Discovery Days Registration Form

Discovery Days are enrichment classes for homeschooled students, ages 4.5 to 10 yrs old (must be bathroom independent).

To register for Discovery Days at The Treehouse, please complete the form below. Select the week(s) you would like your child to attend. Once the form is complete, you will be directed to the payment page. Class rates are $140 per week for private pay, and $170 per week if using charter funds. All forms and payments must be received by Friday, May 1st. Payments are non-refundable after May 1st. If you plan to use charter funds, your purchase order must be submitted by May 1st.
