Summer Fun Days Registration Form
To participate in Summer Fun Days, students must be currently registered for the Fall 2024 semester at The Treehouse. Siblings between the ages of 4 1/2 and 8 years old are also welcome.
To register for Summer Fun Days at The Treehouse, please fill out the form below. Select all classes you would like your child to attend. Once the form is complete, you will be directed to the payment page. Please total all class days at $45 per student, per day. All forms and payments must be received by June 4th. Payments are non-refundable after June 4th.
